I wish I could give her 0 rating, I went there for hair cut. The lady has zero courtesy was brutal rude with my hair. I asked her to be gentle, but she isn’t. Never going back and not even recommending to anybody else.
I am giving 1 star so that people can see my review otherwise they don't even deserve a star. Worst salon when it comes to being professional. I was waiting in the salon and waiting for the salon lady to at least wave at me or ask me why I was there for? But omgg I waited so long without any greetings and at the end when I was became impatient I went to ask the salon lady and she simply said no for a hair cut. And on top of it someone came after me and she took her for eyebrows. I want to say this to the salon owner why don't you put a sign that you don't want customers so that all of your staff can just relax inside your salon. Please people if you are reading this review, go to some other salon there are many other good salons nearby.
Gave terrible service to me and my mom. The staff should've gave better courtesy and were extremely rude. In addition, they talk in a different language which is quite confusing for my relatives (especially to understand). I recommend visiting another salon than this place. There's Twinkle Beauty Salon in the same plaza... they provide much better service than in this salon.
The lady is not professional and talking rubbish when I told her small correction during my daughter haircut. She told extra charge for setting after haircut and giving simple blow drying. She is not even giving chance to stand in front of mirror to see after the haircut. Worst lady...waste of money.
It’s a average Indian salon , nothing much in this place . I did haircuts few times . The barber guys are not so good , they are quite old and have less or very minimal knowledge or understanding of current day fashion . Even though when we show a image of a hairstyle they cut as per there own curated style which make no sense some times . Never ever had for a hair wash or hot towel it’s a just straight forward cutting of hairs and low standard equipments as well as cosmetics . They could have better customer service and can make the experience for customer much better than any other place.
Worst place to go to get eyebrows or upper lip threading. After asking for just a clean up for my eyebrows I was left with pencil thin eyebrows. For my upper lip they didn’t even thread half of it and caused bleeding. They are also extremely slow. Will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone.
The barber I go to (an older Gujarati barber) is great. Gets my style and I walk out content every time.
Men's haircut is cheap Tuesday through Thursday. Go there late evening and you will not have to wait too long. Barber does not look impressive but does a decent job. For those who do not like to wait this is a good place.
