Run away! No one wants to work here they take one person and take a 30 min break. We waited over 1 hr and 20 mins. They sat on their phone while one guy takes all his clique of people. If you aint part of the clique your gonna wait hours Terrible customer service skills. They need to find a different business were they don't deal with any people they have no people skills. We left after almost 2 hrs with no haircuts.
José Alberto is amazing!!!! My son is autistic and does not like the sound of the air hose or even the clippers being around his ears but Jose has been able to cut his hair twice now and even had him laughing instead of crying. All of the guys are really great and try to avoid using the air hoses while my son is in the chair so that they don’t scare him. I am really loving this place.
Joyce did a beautiful job on my hair I will definitely be going back to her when I visit Tampa Florida again
Really cool place, my boyfriend came for a haircut and i waited for him smoking a hookah for $15 which is a good price. They also have latin music and a pool table. Service is awesome
I came in the shop wanting to get my 3 year old son his first real haircut in a real barbershop. It was a first time for both of us. When we came in, no one spoke or acknowledged us or even asked what I wanted for him. I sat there for hours waiting and I began to notice people who came in after me were being seen before my son. It was upsetting to me but I remained quiet still waiting. I understand that in a place such as a salon or barbershop it will be busy and I also noticed that they already had regulars or people there were familiar with and that’s fine but to me it was rude and inconsiderate that no one bothered to speak or seek an interest to assist us. The only time I got acknowledged was when I got up to leave and one of the barbers asked if I was leaving. I gave it a second chance came back and no one still helped me and my son. I was ignored and I didn’t appreciate that and I will never recommend a business of any kind that consider themselves professional and don’t even consider me as a potential customer. I will never go back there again.
I paid more on Sunday for my hair cut , the barber cut my hair and messed it up Reyes to go back the following day they open at10am never even showed up I waited till 10:30, I do not recommend this place
Excellent service very professional. Iran an Spanish gay very nice and professional doing my haircut.
