FANTASTIC!!!!! I can't remember the last time I've been treated so kindly. Genuinely nice people. I left, exceedingly happy, and without even one nick on my fingers. It's been over a week since I went, and my nails are still strong, secure, and they look great!!
UPDATE:
Tracy did my nails for vacation, and I am THRILLED with how well they turned out!! I also found out they do eyelashes!! They're really pretty!!
It's been 2 full weeks, and they're still as beautiful as the first day. This is the only nail salon for me!!
Absolutely my favorite nail shop. They are friendly & very professional. My acrylic nails stay on for at least 3 weeks. I’m always happy when I leave.
I've been coming here for a while this is my go to place now. Last year I tried to get this design in another nail salon and the lady could not do it. So I was so happy that I got what I wanted for Valentines day nails this year.
Took my niece to get her nails done for the first time and let me just say we weren’t happy with the service she received. Her nail tech didn’t understand what she wanted even after we showed her a picture how she wanted her nails. My niece wanted gel nails with a little glitter on them ( not hearts or butterflies included in the glitter which by the way that’s what she got ????????♀️) second, she never asked for powdered color(which by the way is more expensive) this was very upsetting because she never asked for this. I felt like they just wanted to over charge us for this service. I just can’t believe it came out to $80 specially when her nails were very very short. She never asked for this powered color which we know made the price go up. My niece simply wanted a soft pink gel color with glitter on it. The price was way to high for short gel nails. I’ve taken my older niece to get her nails done at different location which by the way she gets them long and also gel with designs it doesn’t even come out to $80.
I called and made an appointment at 6pm on Monday. When I arrived, all employees were ready to leave. Lights were shut off. I told one of the employees I had an appointment. I don’t think he understood my comment and kept saying they’re closed. Nonetheless, appointments don’t matter here and neither do business hours; if they’re not busy, they’re closing.
The pregnant girl that sits in chair number 7 has a horrible attitude. Instead of owning up to her mistakes and trying to fix what she did wrong, she refuses to finish my nails and proceeds with calling me a liar. I not once raised my voice at her or was rude in any way. So to say that I was shocked at her behavior, is an understatement. I will never be going there again and it’s unfortunate because I had been going there for years.
Been there a couple of times they do a great work but went there and they charged me $25 just for my eyebrows. I thought the price stated it was $12 I just let it be and paid for that price. I recommend this place to a friend they charged her $55 for a full set of acrylic she pointed out that the price on the board stated $25 but she insisted it was $55. I guess depending on the manager the service prices vary.
They were very unprofessional and they also didn't do the design I asked for,they also shaped my nails wrong I asked for coffin and they did square they are very busy and they talk talk talk and never get there work done I sat in there for 5 hours waiting to get my nails done.
