We arrived at a very busy time but were well looked after . The food was first class . The kids menu was great The portions huge more like an adult size but well accepted. Can't fault.

Great food, great staff, good prices in a lovely setting. The fish and chips we had last visit were delicious and you certainly couldn’t grumble about the portion sizes! We will be returning soon.
This pub is excellent simple as that really. Always accomodate us for short notice meetings to the best of their ability. Nice food as well.
Phoned late afternoon on mother's day and a helpful lady reserved us a table (a group of 6) which was great as finished our day of lovely. Enjoyed great meals served by friendly staff. Will definitely be returning as also dog friendly.
Stopped here with a friend while out walking his dog on a Saturday. Staff were friendly and attentive. I decided to go for the steak, and what a steak. £15 for a perfectly cooked 10oz Rump steak, hand cut fresh chips, peppercorn sauce, tomato, mushroom and a side salad with parmesan grated on. Highly recommended.
We had an 18th Birthday party for 16 people and all the food was perfectly cooked, tasty and plentiful all at a very reasonable price. Would recommend you go try it for yourselves, I am sure you will be very happy.
Friendly local pub, really helpful friendly staff. Very good value lunch menu with really generous portions. Especially recommend the ham, egg and chips, delicious local ham.
