Been to this little pub on multiple occasions. The service has always been outstanding, the staff are lovely, and the food and portion sizes are amazing for the price you pay! Great family pub or one for a drink. I will come again

Best Sunday dinners in town.!!

This pub deserves more attention than it gets, whenever I go in it seems quiet and I don't understand it's a great traditional pub, the food is bang on the beers good!

Caught it on the news a few ago that the owners of this pub were concerned about the pub trade, we can't let pubs like die folks !

Nice friendly welcome and a great atmosphere. Landlord and staff very friendly and helpful. But the food menu let them down. Sunday roast only got beef, vegetables a choice of peas or carrots. Steak, no haven't got any. But they had did have my third choice. It wasn't as if it was late either. I'm sorry to knock the place but that was poor.

West here for sunday lunch absolutely fantastic nice big portions lamb meat cooked to perfection vegetables all fresh. Would definitely recommend

Good selection of beers and wine. Only sat outside the front with the dogs. Had an ale first then wine and bar snacks. Will definitely return. The food looked amazing. I'm sure when we have eaten there it will be a 5 star.

Lovely traditional pub. Welcoming and friendly. Lovely bar star. A little gem. Looking forward to going back for food.????
