I have been bringing my dog to The Paw Spa for a little over a year now. My dog always looks great and I know she is well taken care of there. The prices are affordable and there are many services to choose from. The website makes it easy to set and pick an appointment, then a confirmation text will be received several days prior to the appointment.
I would give 5 stars if there wasn't a condescending tone and a lecture every time I brought my dog in for an appointment. The owner seems to pick on every little thing, but I brought my dog home after one appointment and there were two ticks on her that were clearly visible. That's the type of information I would definitely like to know.
This last time may have been my last straw. The owner had the audacity to tell me that I should come in more often than every 4 months. Hello?! It wasn't even open because of something called Covid-19, then I couldn't get in for an appointment for a month.
They did a great job with both my boys (Yorkie/schnauzer) Great family business own. You can tell they love what they do and are BIG animal lovers. Highly recommend.
