2021 is the Twelfth consecutive appearances in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Up to 6 Real hand pulled ales available. Currently 30 Gins available. Excellent menu with home made food available. Party Bookings taken for private events in their conservatory Phone for availability.

Recently moved here and finally strolled around to have a drink, what a find, fabulous pub and the young lady that served us was amazing she went above and beyond, so much so we have booked a meal for when our friends visit in December, so lucky to have this pub on my doorstep.

This is a lovely place to eat and drink, lovely home cooked food and on a Sunday they do a good Sunday roast, good selection of beers, and a lovely display of flowers out side.

Nice lunch but quite small portion.

Great food ,nice chilled atmosphere, friendly staff

Good ambience and friendly bar staff with the right attitude. Well kept and stocked beers and lagers.The 'Colonial' has a great atmosphere and is well apointed and easy to find with parking on site. The landlord does meals which are of a very good standard and reasonably priced.
