Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Me and my family are usual regulars on Tuesday bingo night and the odd night or weekends and always have a good time but since the new owner has came in the place is slowly going down hill. Tonight we were in a small room on side with no reason. It made no sense and rather uncomfortable compared to being in the main room. It was cold awkward even tho it wasn't rammed you still feel like you were in each others lap. The front room with main bar is lovely and welcoming where this room was like a family activity area at frankland prison. Need sorting as its a good night normally but few people we have spoke too who regularly attend have noticed it's on the decline since the new owner
Had Sunday lunch, the roast beef melted in my mouth. The staff very helpful as I'm in a wheelchair
Great pun, family friendly with soft play for little ones
Food order was wrong both times that I went and the second time the food was cold
Very friendly staff entertainment was spot on will come back again
Food good beers nice staff fantastic
Food nice but could have been hotter
Mince and dumping were very poor highly disappointed with what we ordered, roast potatoes were burnt to a crisp and the order arrived after 1 and half hours later when it arrived it was cold will not be ordering again.

Quick Facts About The New Westlea

The New Westlea place has both strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the comments provided. Overall, it seems that the establishment has experienced a decline since the new owner took over, but there are still some positive aspects that should be acknowledged.
Starting with the strengths, it is evident that the staff at The New Westlea place are friendly and accommodating. One customer mentioned that the staff was helpful, particularly towards individuals with disabilities. This indicates that the establishment values inclusivity and strives to provide a welcoming environment for all customers. Additionally, another customer praised the entertainment, suggesting that The New Westlea place offers enjoyable activities or performances that contribute to a positive experience for patrons.
Another strength is the family-friendly atmosphere. One customer mentioned that there is a soft play area for little ones, indicating that the establishment caters to families and provides entertainment options for children. This is a valuable feature that may attract families looking for a place to spend quality time together.
Now turning to the weaknesses, it appears that the new owner has not addressed certain issues effectively, leading to a decline in the overall experience at The New Westlea place. One common complaint is the room allocation during events. One customer mentioned being placed in a small, uncomfortable room, which contrasts with the welcoming atmosphere they had experienced before. This suggests a lack of attention to customer comfort and satisfaction, which can negatively impact the overall impression of the establishment.
Another weakness that has been identified is related to the quality of food and its preparation. Multiple customers mentioned receiving incorrect orders or food being served cold. This reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the kitchen. Customers expect their food to be prepared correctly and served at an appropriate temperature. Failing to meet these basic expectations can result in dissatisfaction and a decline in customer loyalty.
Furthermore, one customer expressed disappointment with a specific dish, stating that the mince and dumplings were of poor quality. They also noted that the roast potatoes were burnt and the order arrived over an hour later, only to be cold. This indicates a severe lapse in food quality and timeliness of service. Such issues can greatly impact a customer's dining experience and lead to a loss of trust in the establishment.
In conclusion, the strengths of The New Westlea place lie in its friendly staff, inclusive atmosphere, and family-friendly amenities. However, the weaknesses highlighted by customers include the decline in overall experience since the new owner took over, uncomfortable room allocation, and issues with food quality and service. Addressing these weaknesses is crucial for the establishment to regain its reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.
