today i went in, this is the salon i always go to, the guy who did my nails was awful, he rushed through it, was not gentle at all. he didn’t bother to cut my cuticles, i asked for a natural almond shape and got super short, fat, almond shape, he painted my nails instead of doing dip like i told him. also he left nail polish all over my fingers, awful experience, would never recommend.
Had an appointment but waited an hour for service, the guy who did my nails rushed them even though it was clearly his first time doing the style, he got up in the middle of doing my nails to do someone else’s, did a terrible paint job, left white on the sides of my green nails, and left paint under my nails, and then said I could have a refund if he cut my nails off despite me having nails when I walked in. Didn’t ask me to tip but charged me $95. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
I really appreciate the organization and cleanliness of the nail studio. They are extremely efficient and very friendly. The amount of colors that they offer is heads and tails above other salons. It is not difficult to get in as a walk-in, and I have been to many of the technicians, and they have all been excellent. The prices are very competitive, and it is a great experience. I highly recommend.
I called to see if I could make an appt for color on my toes. She asked when is a good time. I asked when next available is for today she said come now we are not busy about 4 min later I walk in pick my color 20 min later still waiting and others came in after me seen. I walk up to see how much long she says 15 min. Because at this time if I go somewhere it may be longer I stayed total hour later guy comes and worked his quickest on my toes didn’t speak until he said he was done. I usually love this place I may need to rethink it after today. ????.
I go here often and love it. This place is beautiful and clean. Hardly ever any wait, and if you do it's usually for 10 min or less. On top of that I had a mani Friday and my nails chipped by Sunday. They fixed them Monday for free!! She even added nail glue to a small Crack in my nail. I think that is just awesome. 10/10
Great price, the guy was really nice and gentle. One of my nails was hurting on the side and I thought it was going to be torture getting them done but he was very careful with it and it didn’t hurt.
Went in to The Nail Studio today for a pedicure and had a great experience. This business is clean, the team is courteous, professional, and friendly and the Volcano CBD Pedicure pedicure was brilliant! Go check them out the next time you need a pedicure or manicure. You'll be happy you did. :-)

I’ve been going here for 7 years now. They used to be great. Not any longer. This is the 5th time that I’ve made an appointment to have my nails done & every single time I’ve waited 15-30 minutes past my appointment time. This wouldn’t be a big issue if I didn’t see them more than once accepting other clients that just walked in before me without an appointment go before me. Literally no point to make an appointment there, they do not value their customers time. Unfortunately will not be returning. Very disappointing.
