The first time I visited this place was great, since then its gone downhill a bit. There is a lack of professionalism and everything seems a bit rushed. Also I was short changed by the person doing my hair, I think he believes I didn't notice but I did and just didn't want to kick up a fuss as it was only £1 so I counted it as his tip, more fool him as I was going to leave him £3.
