Visited The Healey on a Thursday evening having first made a reservation. I hadn't been for over ten years and I was pleasantly surprised at how much it had improved. The service was super friendly and well organised. The menu is pretty good with a decent range of options. Price for two people was under £40 including drinks.

Well worth a visit.

We ate here for the 1st time today.

1st class food.

The menu is very good and I was hard pressed what to choose. We had Fish and chips and the chicken salad which was really excellent.

There is a Beautiful garden to the side to sit and relax in the sunshine. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Healey Dell also.

The food is tasty big steak cut chips .. service is brilliant I like the way you get asked what you would like to drink if you know before you sit down .. lots of places take you to the table & your waiting 10 mins to even order for a drink ???? recommend The Healey a worthy 5 stars

Always a friendly, warm welcome.

A great selection of food and drink and always excellent quality and value.

I would particularly recommend their roasts and cheesecakes.

It sometimes gets quite busy, so I would advise you to book.

Great little pub. Very nice staff, good quality pub grub at a decent price (nowadays).

The food here is so good. I love the rag pudding but I've tried a few of the specials, sandwiches and other mains and they have all been really nice. The staff are always friendly too.

The cakes and ice cream were nice but over priced tbh, I think I paid 22 pounds for 2 cakes and 2 coffees. Wasn't impressed with the price. I would expect 2 x breakfasts for this price. They are in a nice spot next to the river, which was nice. Was served by a couple of minors who seated us and gave the dog treads and water before telling us the kitchen was closed, I'm sure waiting staff are to check for allergies before seating as my partner has a nut allergy. Il probably not be returning, I'm just not comfortable with being served by kids and the whole 1940s music theme just not for me, maybe someone else's cup of tea

Lovely place to eat. Food was fantastic and service excellent. Would recommend !
