First time being here and didn't have a good impression at all but it seemed okay, not an awful lot to do for a 7 year old.

One of their teddy grabbing machines wasn't registering the money you put in it and when I said to a dude who worked here that was cleaning the machines, all he had to say was he was new here and didn't know what to do.... ????. I asked him who would know and he told me to go to the front desk. After I spoke to the women at first desk she told me to send the dude over to her and she would give him the keys.... so I felt like a damn worker there running after people to send them to the desk?!?!?! LOL. Not the customers issue that their machine does not work properly, and they never did bother to check it or put an 'out of order' sign up, so more people will probably have the same issues.

We did get our prize but I definitely won't be back here. Incompetent staff with not very good customer service. The only good thing was the nice lady who works in the cafe who made an exceptionally good latte.

Fantastic place for the kids. Staff are amazing. The Christmas party is absolutely brilliant ????. We really loved santa too.. So real looking and sounding x

Good size of place for kids to run around, however action zone really would benefit from a good clean and an update. Ball pit was bare and what little balls were there were ripped and old. Only 1 out of 4 ball cannons worked when I took my boy a couple weeks ago, the 2 ball machines in the ball pit area didnt work either. Its quite dated I think but nonetheless kids seem to enjoy themselves and entry price is cheap.

Fancied a trip out with kids they didn’t want to play on beach so stumbled on this place and they both enjoyed themselves, not to big so easy to keep an eye out for them, food simple and nice and staff all friendly so good time was had for 1st time in Leven. £11 for 2 and similar for food so thumbs up. God knows who painted the walls must have taken weeks

My 1st visit here and it was good. Place was clean and the play area is in centre of room so can always keep an eye on kids. Has a cafe kids meals were a good price. Only thing can't use card needs to be cash.

We love Action Zone. My daughter has had her last 2 birthday parties there and we are booking again this year.

Staff are always courteous and go the extra mile. The food is delicious and I love the fact I can sit and enjoy a coffee knowing my children are having fun, exercising and burning off energy in a safe environment, well when I'm not being dragged in to have a go.
