Both my daughter and I had cut and color. Both had two different stylist.
Love it. I went in wanting something different. Threw out my ideas. She listen and the result was absolutely perfect. Not what I had in mind. But I came out so much better. That is what I call a stylist that listens and knows her craft. Absolutely thrilled with her results.
My daughter looks amazing. She got the color she wanted. I love the cut and definition she got. She isn't thrilled with the cut but I love it. It's fun and unpredictable. That's her personality. To be fair .....she never likes the cut she gets right away. She will tomorrow when the artificial curls go out. Then she will see the fun in the cut.
Thank you girls for two great appts.
I will be back. I'm sure my daughter will be also.

I can't write another review so I will continue here. It's been 8 months since my last review and I am still a client here. The top review and today was with the stylists Sabine. She does my whole family now. I got my hair colored today. And let me tell you how good she is. I took an eye pencil color. That was a golden brass kind of color. And I said this is the color of the highlights I want in my hair. She did it,!! I am talking about exactly the color of the pencil shade. Absolutely gorgeous.
If you're looking for a stylist. With skill with her scissors. And skill with her knowledge. And skill with her listening. Skill with her color. And skill with her opinion. Then make an appointment with Sabine. You will not regret it and you will be back. But don't keep her to yourself!!!

Jennifer is amazing and so sweet! She does the best job on my hair from getting me platinum blonde to copper red. She’s always up for a challenge 12/10 recommend.

I have been seeing Jennifer here for 4 years now and I do not trust anyone else to do my hair. She takes her time and always listens to what I would like and definitely gets it there. Having come here for 4 years now, I have witnessed the other stylists do hair and they all take their time and clients always walk away with a smile on their face. Will never go anywhere else.

Lady that got on the phone acted like she didn’t wanna service my daughter at all. Forgot her name but she was like “oh that’s gonna be alot of work so idk if that’s something I wanna do. It’s going to be 3 hours. So idk.” I was like “ummm ma’am isn’t this your job? Isn’t this why you work there ??? Don’t worry about it ????????♀️ I’ll go patronize another business” I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service before in my life. Like wow I’m truly now away by her telling me she didn’t wanna do it because it was going to take too much of her time!!! Do better Hair Studio with who you hire!
Update and reply to the owner……. I definitely wasn’t rude. I was trying to get clarification if she would be able to do my daughters hair or not. She definitely was acting like she didn’t want to do it. Which is what made me post my review. I understand you trying to CYA because you don’t want lose business but the truth is the truth and it’s a shame because word of mouth spreads like wild fire especially when you are military. Sad. I definitely did go somewhere else and had amazing customer service and an amazing experience with a business that didn’t mind doing a child’s hair ????????♀️
