Good alternative place to have a good decent cup of coffee and a nice selection of homemade cakes. Polite and friendly staff. Good location at the base of Beckley Point and handy to visit if walking from the railway station to/from town.
So disappointed with this Coffeeshop.
First time I went in here which was a month or so back, thought the coffee was decent and staff were okay.
I suffer with bladder infections, and really needed the bathroom whilst on a 45 minute walk. The only place that had an available bathroom was this Coffeeshop nearby.
Once I used the toilet, the lady behind the counter yelled at me from the other side of the shop “Thanks for using our toilet.” in a very sarcastic and disapproving tone.
I felt so embarrassed leaving the store and if that’s how their staff want to treat their customers, I’m happy going to Costa or Starbucks instead.

Really friendly coffee/beverage independent shop. Staff are polite efficient and definitely know their coffee beans and the cakes are delicious.
Very trendy, nice setting, coffee was amazing.. Was given a free babyccino (kids hot chocolate) for my little girl... Hubby had the carrot cake which was delicious.. Has toys for younger children to enjoy.. Not expensive. Definitely will be going again..
Cute cafe with an interesting big space. Large windows so lots of natural light. I've only had their Mocha, but that was good. Will visit again in the future.
Lovely open location, not too expensive and good quality ingredients prepared well. Definitely our new go to brunch spot!
