I had an amazing experience getting my nails done today! There are lots of colors to choose from (INCLUDING an array of every GLITTER color I never even knew existed ????????)! Holly did an excellent Organic Pedicure and Vicki did an amazing job on my gel nails. Plus, the Jaguar massage chairs and enchanting decor ????. I will be back very soon ????????
My granddaughter got her fingernails done. I got a pedicure with palm trees painted on my big toes. We both were VERY pleased!!
Made an appointment for 3 people today when they opened at 11am 2 dip manicure and 1 gel manicure
When we arrived 2 other people also walked in they had 3 staff members only there at open for 5 people
I had to wait over 30 min before they worked in my nails
She then did not do what I asked which was stilleto shape I got coffin or some other shape and my one nail already broke tonight.
The world up soccer was more important and when I asked her to remove a hang mail she ignored me
Very disappointed and may not return for a while
I asked for a matte black French manicure. The manicure turned out horrible. The nail technician had no clue what he was doing. I showed him and his coworker a photo of what I wanted and they both said yes it’s do able. 3 hrs later my nails were ruined. I had to have everything removed from my nails. Underneath my nails were completely black, like I had dirty fingernails. I had to cut off my nails to get rid of the blackness. Then after all this, he demanded I pay him $10, seriously?!?! I would not recommend this place at all! Very incompetent and unprofessional. Also dirty. They have flies flying around everywhere! Disgusting!
Not happy with my experience here... my nails aren't even, i asked for round shaped and an enhancement on a nail that broke..My thumb nail is extremely short... Not to mention to remove shellac polish and gove a shellac manicure it takes an hr... I was out in under 40min.Only thing I like is the color...
One of the better salons. Clean, friendly, and they did a great job! Wish I knew about this place a lot sooner. Because I was going to dives compared to this.
I had my first pedicure here. They are very friendly and go above and beyond in their services. My feet have never looked so cute.
Recently started getting my nails done after not having them for many years. Jason did a meticulous job with my nails. Every place I go to the techs leave them looking fat and uneven . He took his time made sure they were shaped properly then suggested a design, which I usually don't do designs I'm a plain jane, needless to say I loved the outcome!
