Tried getting someone on the phone twice. No answer. Called number listed.

Great little place! My chair was open when I got there! That’s always a plus! Zeus Zamora gave me an excellent haircut! Quick but made sure he didn’t miss anything! All of the staff was polite and friendly! Very clean! I FOUND MY NEW SPOT!!! And did I mention affordable? Didn’t break the bank getting my hair did! I really appreciate the way he handles our veterans! That means a lot to me!!!

I was hoping I would be able to leave a good review. I like to support local businesses. However. I made my appointment several weeks ago. It was for a manicure, pedicure, and wax. For today. My birthday. It was my gift to myself. The person I was scheduled with did not leave enough time between her appointments, and nonchalantly told me that she would not be able to do the wax because other customers were scheduled for their appointments. I expressed my surprise and disappointment. She smiled with a “I don’t really care” look at me. I guess I am looking for a new salon to support.

Love this place.... My family goes here and we get everything done in one location . Teresa is awesome!!! Peter does an awesome men's haircut! Michelle does an awesome job on my Toe's!!! This place has everything from Men's haircuts to Women's haircuts, nails and even massages!!! One stop Pampering!!! Very community orientated !

Nice, clean facility. Peter and his staff are great. Theresa was very nice and took excellent care of me and my daughter. Highly recommended.

I've had my hair done by Teal and absolutely loved it! My husband gets his hair done by Peter regularly, and he knocks it outta the park... every... single... time... I would recommend them to anyone!

Busy salon with stylists and barbers. Also a nail technician. Open floor plan. A hair stylist that will do bold colors that actually stay in longer than most I have had. Her technique and products used set her apart. My hair is purple ????.

Sad to say, my appointment at Tangles Salon today was my first and last. I personally like to be early to my appointment so that I can get a feel for the atmosphere within an establishment. I walk in and it's pretty desolate. There was one service provider and her customer wrapping up on a pedicure and another service provider on the phone. I sat down and waited, more people walked in and were greeted immediately. After about ten minutes, one of the ladies finally asks if I were waiting on somebody. I said yes and she informed me that he stepped out to grab lunch. Ok, fine. He comes in soon after with a bag of fast-food and is informed that I'm there for my scheduled appointment. He calls me back to have a seat, then asks if I'm in a hurry. I think to myself, "Yes, I've been sitting here waiting to get my hair cut..." Unfortunately, I'm too nice and say "No." He goes back to their break area and starts to eat his food. Finally, after some time, I get to be worked on. I tell him exactly what I would like done. He takes approximately fifteen minutes and turns me around. I look at what he has completed, but it wasn't what I expected. I requested that he fix a few things, he said "ok". He swirls me back around and I look at my hair once more. This time, I'm fed up and just want to leave. I stand up and give him my card. He couldn't get the machine to work and requests assistance from a co-worker. I pay the man and leave. I definitely will not be going back to this person again.
