It says everything that so many of the ladies who were getting their nails done today are repeat customers.
This is Anna’s (pictured) salon, and she is a sassy, fun lady who takes pride in her salon and not only the work they do here but also the vibe of the atmosphere.
I not only came away with a lovely manicure (from Anna) and pedicure (from Miss Sue), but I had a great time visiting with the other guests, who clearly enjoy coming to TAJ Nail Bar for its whole experience, not just the beautiful nails.
Also, all the polish colors come in regular, dip, and gel. So you can get dip on your fingers and gel on your toes if you want. Amazing!
I usually have a nice experience here and leave LOVING my nails but this time wasn’t like the others. There are photos below of what I asked for versus what I got. I am not pleased, except for with my toe color change (not pictured). I tried to asked if I could get it fixed but the solution I was told was to just paint over it, even after I expressed that this is the design I want; I just want it fixed because Taj Nails has done great work before. I was greatly disappointed with the response and hopefully I will be about find a way to get the nails I desire.
I've been 2x, recently. Once when it was busy and I've where it wasn't so busy.

I got a spa pedicure with gel polish last time and today I got the charcoal and bamboo pedicure with regular polish. Both times I really felt the leg and foot massages were lacking. Pedicures are cool too look nice but I really do them for the relaxation. And in this area, they really miss the mark. The pedicure is advertised with a bamboo stick massage, but hit stones were used instead. And they were more rubbed on my legs not really a massaged.
But my polish job is always done very well.

They don’t go off there prices, if you tell them you don’t like something or kindly ask for them to fix a nail they get aggressive.
The nails I got weren’t worth the money, at that point they should’ve removed them.
They didnt even clean the bottom of the nails, I had a bunch of stuff under the nails.
Worse experience I’ve had here. Won’t be coming back . I’m shocked with the amount of stars they have they should be rated a lot lower than what they have.
That female needs to be fired if she’s not good with corrective criticism.
The service was great, the guy who did my nails was so kind and made sure everything he did was what I wanted. Definitely will be coming back!

For my 4 year old granddaughter‘s very first manicure it was terrible: her manicurist looked angry the whole time, did not make eye contact with my granddaughter, did not say one word to her, did not give her one smile. And I walked out with smeared thumbs because they didn’t even have quick drying spray or a place you could sit to dry your nails not to mention I had to ask for a fan to dry my granddaughters nails and when I went to get the fan to dry my nails since they didn’t even offer me a fan, (I smeared my thumbs) They didn’t even say goodbye or say thank you to either of us: My thumbs were smeared the day before our Families Thanksgiving. Our experience was a horrible one from the time we walked in till the moment we walked out. My only regret is that we did not turn right around and walk out. My second regret is they got paid for such a terrible experience: You can be sure I will be taking my granddaughter for her very first GOOD manicure experience in the near future.
Clean. Everyone is super nice. Hailey is my favorite for getting my finger nails done. She is my go to lady now. She can do any color and/or design. She's very talented. All their ladies seem great, hard working and very professional.
