Went there not even a week ago and half of my nails popped off and one chipped. Beyond unsatisfied with their work
Bill is the best did not have to tell him anything it was my first time there. I have been back a few times and they pick and chose who’s nails they want to do and if they don’t want to do your nails they make up a fake appointment. Also, I was told to sit on Billie’s desk and right in front of me there was an American flag that was written on with polish. Very unprofessional for a business to do this will not be going back they lost my business.
This was a waste of my money. I tried this place because it was a Sunday and I wanted to get my feet and nails done cheaper. I told the nail tech I wanted to get dip powder on my nail and keep the shape of my current nail, she made my nails oval. (They were more square before her reshaping). She took an extremely long time getting the gel off my toes prior to the pedicure. During the pedicure I wanted to jump out of the water because she burned my toe nail by running the filer too fast. I couldn't enjoy the massage because I felt like I wanted to jump out the chair with each stroke she did on my toes. It was painful. Went through all of that for the cheap toe polish to only last 2 days. I was very disappointed. I didn't not return to this shop because I did not really appreciate the experience. My feet felt rough that dame say and the toe polish chipped after day 2. The nails were supposed to be gray, however the look more blue with the exception of the one thumb which the nail tech painted over after she made a mistake. Different from the other nails. The other customers were talking loudly expressing their dislike for another nail shop close by, which I visited and had a way better experience. The good thing about the visit was the massage I was given, she was a little rough but the hot towels felt amazing. I definitely will not be going back to this nail salon. Not recommended at all!!
I noticed my review from a year ago was removed. The photos of the red fingernails are mine. I treated my sister to a mani pedi for her 30th birthday and it was the worst service I've ever gotten. They cut my fingers up so bad they hurt for the following week. We made and appointment but that didn't matter. I chose an orangey red for my toes and decided I wanted a darker red for my fingers so before the manicure started I asked to pick a new color. They were very rude about whole thing. I haven't gone back since, but I still remember how horrible this experience was. Such a waste of money!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! I haven’t treated myself to getting my nails done in years. I went in with the idea to just get a manicure, ended up getting a full set of powder dip nails AND my eyebrows done. I haven’t felt this pampered since before I had my son over two years ago! Amy was pleasant, knowledgeable, and created a not only overall enjoyable experience, but also did a fantastic job on both my nails and brows! I will definitely be making more time for myself and plan to go back regularly, thank you again Amy and T&T!!
Was quoted one price, when setting up appt. After service the price was different. Had a pedicure. Which was fast and they gave different service to everyone. The one worker ask me to wait while in the middle of my appt. So she could take another customer. She told me she didnt do acrylic. But as soon as i got up her custer sat down and the worker does do acrylic. Bad nail service nail polish uneven on each nail.
Terry is my go to lady!!! She's very nice, attentive, gives opinions on colors. She's very welcoming with a smile and she's just the best! The salon is very clean,they sanitizer consistently!
My wife had been going to T&T for years with pretty good results. Her past few visit had been horrific. They have not listened her request doing as they please.
They Left old nail polish on twice and refused to fix.
And finally today she went in to have yet another issue fixed and one of the techs yelled at her.
My wife is not one to complain unless there is a reason.
She will not be going here again
And we do not reccomend.
