Quick Facts About T P Nails

TP Nails strengths:
1. Versatility: The salon is praised for being able to handle any nail request, from basic acrylic nails to more intricate designs. This indicates that they have a wide range of skills and expertise.
2. Positive recommendations: Several customers have recommended TP Nails to others, bringing in family and friends from out of town. This speaks to the salon's ability to consistently satisfy customers and deliver high-quality results.
3. Attention to detail: One customer specifically mentioned Lisa's attention to detail in her SNS over Natural nails. This suggests that the salon takes pride in their work and strives for precision.
4. Fast service: Another customer mentioned that Lisa is not only detailed in her work, but also fast. This could be seen as a strength for customers who value efficiency and quick results.
TP Nails weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent quality: There are multiple complaints about the quality of the work, suggesting that the salon may have inconsistencies in their application techniques, resulting in uneven or subpar results.
2. Poor customer service: Several customers mentioned a lack of customer service and professionalism. They felt ignored, not listened to, and criticized for giving feedback. The incident where a customer's cuticles were cut and acetone was applied to the cuts showcases a lack of empathy and care for the clients.
3. Lack of skill among some technicians: One customer mentioned that only one nail technician is remotely capable and that others don't seem to know what they are doing. This suggests that there may be inconsistency in the level of skill and expertise among the staff.
4. Issues with communication and understanding requests: There were complaints about technicians not listening to corrections and not delivering the requested design. This indicates a potential lack of communication or comprehension skills among the staff.
5. Poor durability of nails: Multiple customers mentioned issues with nails breaking, peeling, and chipping shortly after leaving the salon. This indicates that the salon may have issues with the durability of their nail applications or the quality of products used.
6. Negative incidents and arguments: The mention of a big argument between the owners and a heated argument with a long-time customer suggests a potential lack of professionalism and a negative atmosphere within the salon.
In conclusion, TP Nails has strengths in their versatility, positive recommendations, attention to detail, and fast service. However, they have weaknesses in inconsistent quality, poor customer service, varying skill levels among technicians, issues with communication and understanding requests, poor durability of nails, and negative incidents within the salon. It is important for potential customers to consider these strengths and weaknesses before deciding to visit TP Nails.

Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I wanted to to do a simple drip design but not only did she messed it up but when I wanted to do matte she forced me to get gel when I told her I didn’t want it. All of that costing $35 and it wasn’t even shaped good either (I wanted a coffin shape). That’s not even the bit of it. When she filed my nails to get the so called coffin shape, she went to hard to the point where I almost bleed. I’m going to redo my nail but not at that place and I’m never going there. Not very good for a first impression.
This is the worst nail salon I’ve been to!! Like honestly I’m surprised they still have customers it’s probably because the only thing they are decent at is basic acrylic nails. Poor customer service they will have you in that chair without acknowledging that you are there until you decide to walk out. Only one nail tech is remotely capable the others don’t even seem to know what they are doing. If you show them a design they say they can do it but you get something completely different. They don’t listen to corrections they blame the issue on your hands. For example i had this nail tech a woman she cut up all of my cuticles with the nail drill and proceeded to add acetone to the cuts after I told her that she cut me and I was in pain, but of course she said that’s not on her I have sensitive skin !! I told the manager she didn’t want to help me and the other nail techs jumped into the conversation, in the end they told me to leave. So please pick another nail salon it’s not worth your money or time
Been coming to TP Nails for years. I bring my family and friends from out of time here and they love it and get some many comments on their nails. They do it all. Anything. Some things that are new to clients are old to them. They have never failed me. I recommend everyone to try them.
My mother and I have been a long time customer, for 10 years or so, and the treatment I received at my last visit was unacceptable. My fill in was rushed and uneven, my nails did not match, and my toe nail got infected from the cuticle clipping by one of the staff. I’ve never had many complaints, but for me to come back to address the issue and to be told that I am being picky for asking that my nails and toes be fixed is ridiculous. I pay and tip very well for my services and I do not appreciate being scolded for errors in the work that their employees performed. Lisa will not take responsibility for the numerous mistakes made and I won’t continue to support.
wish it was possible to give them no stars at all. the first time i went here it was okay but my nails were basically breaking as soon as i left the shop. i went back to get them repaired and the guy that did them did a horrible job and had an attitude while he was doing my nails. I left there minutes ago and they are already peeling and chipping. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I TRULY REGRET GIVING THEM ANY OF MY MONEY
When my friend and I saw the reviews for this place we were so excited, but after getting my nails done here I will not return. After walking in, my technician continuously rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had jelly nail polish. The final product is absolutely hideous, I didn’t see my nails fully until she was done. I’m guessing she didn’t put enough of the polish on, and I’m unsure of what is going on under my nails. When leaving, my friends technician shook her head looking at my nails. To let a customer leave with nails like this is disgusting.
Pedicure by May was very good. The couple that owns the place got into a big argument that lasted about 20 minutes inside the shop. Then a client came in complaining that she had come in to get several nails fixed 3 days in a row bcuz they begin breaking on the same day she got them done. There was a heated argument between her and the female owner who had not fit her in to fix it. It ended in the client telling everyone in the salon that she had been a customer there for 9 years and that she would never return.
Lisa gets me right every single time with her attention to detail on my SNS over Natural nails! Plus she’s fast!! Kim, she’s one of pedicure techs and may I add, the BEST!! This lady is the TRUTH!!! I travel for the both of them and they stay busy!! Book with them, you won’t be disappointed but make sure you leave space for me! Lol…
