they didn’t take they’re time rushed though the process and scratched the f out of my nails during my manicure and didn’t make sure my nails were smooth and even.
They got new owners and they are never there, I made apt with Lynn and I waited an hour and a half, she never showed up. The first time I was there she started my nails then left and did someone else's leaving me sit there. I think I'm done going here. They need to hire more help.
Guess it's back to Evansville again.
Says they are open from 12 to 6 today but I get here to find out its appointments only then try to get ahold of them to see if I can schedule an appointment for today because their website won't let me even book an appointment and they refuse to answer the phones. I know they are there because for 1 the lights are on and 2 there are workers inside.

The owner was rude to my girlfriend the whole hour and thirty minutes she was there. I called and asked for a refund and the owner told me he did nothing wrong and that if she didn’t like them she could go somewhere else and get them done. I went up to the store and he continued to be rude to me and my girlfriend and finally agreed to take off her nails and give her a refund but still claimed he did nothing wrong.
Very disappointed with this place. It was my first and last time there. I asked for French manicure and the did ombre, it costs more, the nails were so thick they look like bubble nails, my daughters gel polish looked like she did them herself they only gave her one coat and it started peeling off next day. To top it off they charged me $180 twice and when I showed the guy he argued and said no its a preauthorization and will post only once the next day. So the next day I went to bank they confirmed yes they took 180 out 2x and the guy still argued when we showed him proof. Very rude and unprofessional and poor quality. Not the nails I wanted for my wedding.
They do decent on nails but the service is so much worse.
