I would give no stars if it was possible. I paid $58 dollars for the ugliest set I have ever gotten, literally my little sister can do a better job with the design. I honestly don't mind paying for the work that is done since it's time consuming but the fact that I have to go to another nail place to get a color change cause I strongly dislike the outcome of the design that's what is upsetting. The expectation vs the reality not even close! I would say don't even bother with the designs there. Definitely deserve a refund. I literally waited a week to get my nails done with Sophia and I regret it now. Needless to say I won't be returning.
This was my second time here and I love the way my nails came out ! I always get my nails done along with pedicures.Service is quick and friendly ! Business place is very clean and welcoming .
This Nails & Spa has very kind employees. They are time efficient on a hurry schedule like mine. Their product lasts and is good quality, I should know I am constantly cleaning and washing with my hands and so far no broken nails. I gave it 4 stars for the cleanliness and customer service. I don't remember the lady who did my nails, but she was so focused, detailed and delicate. I get scared seeing the tools because I'm scared I'll get cut due to past experiences, but she never took her eyes off my fingers. They wipe down all stations before you are seated, and are great at communicating when you call or walk in. I just wish they had more options for gel and powder colors and updated there designs to what is trending. This is what I ended up with, which is nice, but initially not the color I wanted.
Bella was very professional and she did a Great job on my daughter's nails.

Loved some of techs but they are unprofessional at times. Sophie is amazing on the nails and Mimi or Amy does phenomenal on the feet.’the waits are long even with appts. I am usually patient ( got told to come 3 hours later than appt) but the moment I was 2 minutes late they took my name off the list. That did it for me.
Response to owner : I was only 2 minutes late I called and said I’m 5 minutes away and just wanted to let you know you said because I wasn’t there when it was my time you guys took me off the list. Please do not be misleading to people. Then I stated my prior appointment I called prior to the appointment time and you asked me to move it an hour back; just to come in when requested and not be ready . At this point I was asked to return after 2. Same with my appointment for a party of two, I brought my sister we had appointments you were not prepared she had to compensate by going with techs other than the ones I scheduled appointments with. My problem is simply if the customer is late there’s a problem but I exercised patience with you guys multiple times and wasn’t given the same respect. I’m not the only customer you’ve had upset about the overbooking or accepting people creating poor timing even with appointments.
I wish I could give it more stars because our nail techs were good. I paid 36.00 NOT including tip for my pedicure. I could have went elsewhere for 25.00, it was badic yet they stated it was an upgraded pedicure. My mom got the ULTIMATE one and it was basic EXCEPT they take all the dead skin off. The issue I had was when we initially got there we asked for a pedicure AND manicure. They did our feet and said sorry we can't do manicure we have no time. It was a Tuesday at 11am? How is this possible. We were here before and CLEARY stated what we wanted. I will never return to this DISGUSTING place that has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills.
