I can’t even give it 1 star they didn’t even last 2 days and its dip!! it’s ridiculous!!! I drove 1 hour for nothing completely ruined my vacation and the even i had for thats the reason i did them. All the nails lost there shine the first day!!! Then i also did a pedicure and the lady CUT ME SOOO BAD THAT I COULDN’T wear my heels. They have good prices for nothing because they are horrible i lost my 85$!!!
I came to this salon to get my nails done on my birthday. The lady at station #2 did a complete rush job on my nails. My acrylic is bump, my cuticles and skin around the nail weren’t cleaned, she cut my natural nail without even asking me. She cut me numerous times with the drill. Acrylic application is sloppy and she filed down to much on one side of my nails. She did a horrible job shaping and polishing them!! One of my nails started lifting at the base and it’s extremely painful!
I’m going back to get them soaked off and try again with another nail tech!

I went to get my toes done and had to wait 2 hours and after that I asked to get a French tip gel pedicure. The lady started painting my regular toes without powder which I was confused to why is there no powder on my toes. I asked her if she would be adding the powder she said yes and continued . Then she grabbed the white mail polish which is where I asked her to stop because it’s not what I asked. I repeated again that I wanted dip powder French tips she said it was too late for it & started speaking her language with another worker then the worker told me it would be $70. $70 for powder French tip????? The average price is $40 max $55 and then she was like ok $40 then when I agreed another worker came and told me it’s $70. Therefore I was really upset already and the experience was awful already so I ask to pay for the clear nail polish she started with and had to pay $25 and I left. I’m never going to this place ever again.

I walked in, the wait wasn’t long and the process of a full set & a gel pedi took 1hr and 30 mins! Which isn’t bad at all. I love my nails and the color was exactly what i was looking for. I forgot to grab her name but the nice lady at desk #4 did my nails, I’d absolutely recommend this place. I’m here from out of town and wish i could keep coming here for my nails haha.
I have been a client of Lynn at T&M nails for years, and she is the absolute best! Not only is her skills unmatched, so is her level of professionalism and courtesy. My nails, service, and experience is always PERFECT!!!
Tried them for the first time yesterday. My daughter and I were a walk-in so we waited for about 45 mins but we didn't mind because we didn't have mush else to do at the moment. I got a full set white tip acrylic with gel and my daughter who is 7 got a manicure with gel polish and top coat. It is cheaper than most other places and they were very sweet. We had Lee at table #5 very pretty young lady and she did amazing she was fast and very accurate. I will be making an appointment for a pedicure next week so I don't have to wait. Happy I've found my new nail home ❣️
Friendly staff. They tend to you at a reasonable time no matter how busy it is. This is one of the few places where I trust to get a nice pedicure.
