Donna was amazing. Called an hour before close on a Saturday and got me right in. I had damaged my nail beds and she did a wonderful job. Can't tell that there was damage to them. She also did ombre color, amazing. Thank you Donna, had me in tears when I saw my nails complete and looking like female hands again. Was great with conversation, didn't feel rushed, made me feel like I've known her for a long time.
Came in only one person working . As soon as I walk in she asked me to pick the color, I picked up the nail color sample and she said no the actual nail polish , the outside seemed one color but turned out to be the complete opposite. Pedicure service was very simple nothing special no sugar scrub or stones very mediocre. Customers were walking in and she told me that she thought I was getting small nails. I’m assuming that she was blaming me for taking long and having the two people sitting down waiting.Although she “shaped “ my nails they as well looked very simple and look more like press ons. She didn’t even give me the total at the register just grabs my card and the total was $160?! Not even the really nice place charges me that and it’s high end. I always tip and tipped her but honestly unless I’m short on time and this is my last option I won’t come back.

Went in early that day to set an appoitment later for the day. I came in got a full set done for a better price than my last nail salon.
Clean and friendly. I needed my nails, feet and eyebrows done for my brothers funeral. They did a great job but we’re extremely busy. They did a great job on my nails and feet. My eyebrows came out clean but not as shaped as I’d hoped. They would have happily done more to them but I didn’t want to try to explain what I wanted and risk them turning out poorly. Definitely will revisit.

I live 2 min away from this location and have been going all the way to 63rd and bell for the past few years to a lady I didn’t necessarily like but she did my nails nicer than most places I’ve tried over the years. However, today is the first time I’ve walked into this place and I’m amazed by the quality and professionalism offered by Donna at this place. I started off with another lady who didn’t seem to understand what I wanted but Donna, took the time and re-did everything to make sure I’m happy, I didn’t complain or anything but Donna overheard that I was just mentioning I asked for a bit longer nails and oval and she asked the lady politely to take it off even if I would of been okay considering the fact it was closing hour, and she spent an extra hour to make sure she does exactly what I envisioned! It’s hard to find people who care and give you 100% of what you ask regardless if they loose. I was very satisfied and I can say nobody did it as nice as her till now. I definitely suggest you go to this place! You won’t be disappointed!
Hui (wee) is the greatest. Last time I was here I thought I wouldn't be back. But don't boycott an establishment because of one employee having a bad day. Fair prices great service clean
Donna is AMAZING! I am very picky with my nails and she sure pleased me. She is very nice talented and professional. Make an appointment before coming, she is always busy as she is great and we all come back. Highly recommend her.
