This nail shop is bogus and they're nasty and rude. I rather pay high prices for good quality nails. They don't know how to do nails the man in the shop did mine poor quality shape off gel polish got the nails looking lumpy. I'm going back to Pro Nails where the service is great with great quality work.

I prefer this nail shop. I got a fill in and predicure that was so relaxing with the stones. It came with wine. When i tell you i too relaxed i had to get my self together. I definitely recommend tina she is a miracle worker.
I love Mrs Lee she the only person in Richmond who can do my pedicure correctly without making me bleed! 20+year customer!
I got my hands and feet done with them they charge me $90 to do nothing to my hands and feet I’m ready to show you a picture of my hands I have shoes on right now to show my feet but my feet look just like my hands this lady told me she was not painting my toes or my hands and I pay for both services please do not go to there that lady is nasty.
Honestly the nails looked very chunky. Not uniform, I had to force her to try to reshape them and they still look bad. She was not very Meticulous and the paint job wasn't good. I didn't tip. I never do that.

My first time and my experience was horrible they were rude and nasty and they messed my eyebrows up. They tried to tell me it happens sometimes when your eyebrows are uneven and my eyebrows have never been uneven. The lady was rough and her damenor was nasty. I will never go there again I will let all my nails break snd grow a unibrow before I ever step back in that shop again.
