This nail salon was amazing! It was extremely clean, new and very open and roomy. I found it to be a very calming atmosphere. It was one of best nail services I had in a while. Best massage everʺ̤
This was my first time going here . They were very friendly, and I was able to get in right away . The lady who did my nails was super nice and took her time with me .They even gave a discount to students, which being a student myself I'm super thankful for . I was also given a gift when I checked out, which really made my day (hand lotion )
the only bad thing I could say is that some of my nails stated chipping a couple of days after, but for the price , I can't complain!
It seems that this nailshop has changed to a new owner. She is so sweet and lovely! The service and staff are great!
Took my mom to get a pedicure while we were in the Syracuse and decided to go with this location and I can’t express how impressed and satisfied I am. They were so nice, gentle and respectful with her and gave her a little hand lotion as a gift! Prices are amazing and it’s so beautiful and welcoming. I live over an hour away and this place is 1000000% worth the drive!!
Owner did my nails and didn't know how to apply the acrylic- she grabbed one of her employees and he was incredibly rough with me. I stopped him and asked her to continue my nails- she said men were rough and for me to ignore him. I called a head of time- five hours before the shop was due to close and asked if they could do long nails, she said of course but that wasn't the case when I arrived at the shop less than 15 minutes after our phone call. She repeatedly told me how expensive my nails were going to be and why I didn't want my nails to be shorter- which I took to be a micro aggression. I will never come back to this nail salon and I do not recommend this business.
This was my first time going here, and I was pleasantly surprised. They offer a discount for students like myself, which was great! Everyone there is super nice, and I felt very welcomed. They even gave me a gift ( hand lotion), which I thought was so kind . The lady who did my nails didn't rush and listened to what I wanted. Deff recommend !

Tried this salon for the 1st time and all I can say is she asked me how much was I leaving for a tip. I found that to be disturbing. The anc dip mani was done ok I've had it done way better. She nipped several fingers where you can see blood coming out. I won't be returning.
