I love this store, Augusta has a lot of hair stores but I decided to try this one for a change. They have a huge variety of lace front wigs and everything else
It may help if you know the workers but a visitor may feel bothersome if you ask questions. Store had plenty of imported products and prices were fair. No trying on of wigs. Plexiglass in place at checkout and they offered a nice military discount.
Love this store! They always have plenty of stock and a lot of options to choose from. The store also has a great selection of accessories as well as as shoes and clothing. I definitely recommend it
They have a good selection. Customer service was OK. I was undecided so i walked around for a while, nobody was following me or rude when I checked out.
So I was searching for a wig. I've been shopping with Mr. Sung since he opened his 1st store on Peach Orchard Rd. I went into this location and I needed help with the wigs. I called the young lady Meka behind the counter over 3 times and she ignored me. I told my niece let's go and she put everything she was going to buy down. I don't understand establishments anymore. It's like you have to run them down, beg and pay them. This is not a monopolized business. .I will let Mr. Sung know about this experience. So I ordered my wig from Amazon. Way To Amazon for Exceeding my expectations over and over again...
