After not getting my nails done for so long I decided to treat myself. I wanted "hard gel". I contacted the shop and explained what wanted but the owner said they didn't have that but suggested the dip nails which makes my nails hard like acrylic but not as harmful. I treated myself to a pedicure also. I really liked the friendliness of the shop.

Absolutely terrible. I am thirteen and I have been getting pedicures since I was four years old and this is the first time any nail salon place has clipped into the outside edges of my toenails. They think I don't know what they are doing but I do know what they are doing and it is wrong. The supposed nail tech was saying I had an ingrown toenail but they were actually trying to give me one. I'm not dumb. And the entire time they were doing my service they were on a call on their airpods. I also Paid extra for extra massage and they didn't give me really any massage. Then when I was getting my manicure and they were using the cuticle nippers on me they weren't paying attention and clipped my skin and made me bleed. This is the first time I have ever been made bleed or ever even been hurt at a nail salon.
