I got there an hour before they closed. All I was getting was a simple French style full set. The man was already working on some lady so she gets up and takes me because she has to pick out a bunch of colors. So as he's doing the over lay, I noticed he didn't bring it all the way to my cuticle so when I told him he tried to tell me he didn't n seemed like he kept putting it above instead of on purposely. So after 6 yes ) tries he finally got it right. After the sanding down part he really starts rushing my work he said it was because he was hot i don't know but he brushed off the dusting instead of letting me wash my hands Ive never done that. I appreciate him for taking me but im never coming back.
Not sure how they managed four stars. This pic is fresh out the chair. I had to go back to get my toes fixed because three toenails chipped after two days.
The gentleman was apologetic but I can’t go back. He may be the only tech that’s any good. Anyone that sat with him seemed pleased.

The man who did my nails was very rude and unprofessional. He did a rush job on my nails and they looked sloppy. So I asked him can he fix it and change the polish. He got irritated and told me he would only fix it this one time and next time I’m just going to have to accept it how it is. I told him NO, I will not pay my money for something that I don’t like. This is what you get paid to do, so do your job.. you wouldn’t pay for something you wouldn’t like. So why should I? Horrible service, never going back.
I paid almost 50$ for this. Uneven and riddled with imperfections. He seemed like he was in a hurry. On the phone he quoted me 17, then in person, after he had started working on my nails he said it was 40. He made me bleed too. Thanks for reminding me why I do my own. I won't be going back.
I love this place, the gentalmen here is the only one i let touch my nails. He does a great job and takes the time to pay attention to detail. My nails last a solid three weeks before i Have to get them redone.
All I can say is the first time was ok they did a good job but the more I came the more sloppy they got ! They damn near wanna give you what they want when you are the one paying !! And he/ they get mad when u know exactly what you want and how.. its crazy Honestly it seems they really don't like servicing black people I had a couple incidents but in ways I tried to look past it ..or thought I may have been taking things the wrong way ,but I know for sure now that's what the case is!!.. it's a lot of little stuff I've incountered but at the time it was convenient, it's never really busy because of that reason . It's just the service and the whole interaction I'm speaking of..for that I won't be returning again . They need to learn how to treat people every ethnicity.
I recently went to this nail salon. I was in search of a new location because shops near my home don't do a good job. Any way, I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The "manager" (the guy) convinced me to do sns instead. during the manicure i told him I stopped getting manicures and full sets because everywhere I went they were done so sloppy. he assured me the nails would be perfect. Before he completed my nails i pointed out to him that my nails looked lumpy and misshaped. He said he would fix them before he finished. he did a little filing and quickly applied the seal and top coat. The nails looked like trash!! i had big globs on my nails. you know those 100 coats of nail polish videos on YouTube? That's what they looked like. I asked if he would fix them and he said next time he will do a free manicure. I had to argue with him for 10 minutes and he still refused. I wasn't until my friend pulled up to the shop to demand that someone either fix my nails or remove them. Another person ended up "fixing them. I will NEVER in my life come back to this salon. I also got a pedicure and i never saw them clean out the little foot tubs.
