Overall, the price was fair but the treatment was not... This is the first time I've been to Sunshine and it will unfortunately be the last. I'm not sure the name of the lady who serviced me, but it was a disaster from the start. The water was too hot to the point where my feet turned red. But she turned the water on, took a phone call, and walked away for several minutes, during which the water basin overflowed. She was extremely rough with me and made me uncomfortable by continuously staring at me for 2 minutes straight at one point with absolutely no break in eye contact. It was so unsettling and unnecessary, not to mention uncomfortable. In the middle of the service, she told me that she would do my gel polish first and do the massage after and I knew immediately in my mind that it was going to be a cop out, and it was. I got a massage for barely 30 seconds and was done 10 minutes before my friend (which started at the same exact time.) Overall not a great experience, rudeness from staff was unnecessary.
I love the fact that they take the time to treat me like a number 1 customer, the service is very good. They work hard for their tips . And my nails and toes always come out great! Thanks to Cindy and her nail techs.
I have been to sunshine nails a few times. My very last visit was not to my liking at all. My first service of the day was a pedicure. Not sure the name of who serviced me but she was very rough with the care of my feet. I’m a tall lady but pulling and pushing is not expectable at all. I was told to stop using the Massage chair because it was messing her up but then why have those type of chairs in your business. The spa is suppose to be relaxing. On to my full set. The lady who did my nails was very unprofessional and so was the lady that sat next to her. It took way long to put on my nails that the lady next to her had to come in and assist. They repeatedly my daughter “Girl”, yelled at her and everything. They could of just asked her name and she could of told them , she’s 9. So, on the ride home she felt horrible because it sounded as if she was being treated unfairly. My nail tech cut my finger and I bleed as well. Just a horrible experience and I wanted to book my bridal crew to get our nails and toes done here for the wedding. Unfortunately , that won’t be happening and I will not choose this place again.
Beautiful salon owned by honest, kind, and hard-working people. They pay attention to their customers and do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied with your service. I would highly recommend!
Tara was amazing from the start to the end!!! She's very nice and does an amazing job she's very talented!!! I took my daughter for the first time and she wants to go back!!!
I have been going here for months and everyone is extremely attentive and knows exactly what I want when I come in. They work to ensure you’re happy before you leave and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend sunshine.
Came here for a manicure and pedicure. The lady was so ruff and hurt my hands. She was nice but kept stopping to talk. it was my first time there and I will definitely not be going back! she even played her phone out loud as my nails dried as if I wasn’t sitting there ??? I still tipped her because I understand people make a living off tips ( just assuming ). I am disappointed because she did a decent job but her behavior made me feel like she didn’t want me there?? It was rude and uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Being a contractor and on my feet for long periods. A pedicure on a month keeps my feet healthy. This salon has been the most consistent. Greatly appreciated.
