They charge me 55 dollars and it nothing like what I asked for them she was being rude and aggressive

Let me just go ahead and say that if you come here to get your nails done ASK FOR A MALE TECH. The women here cannot do nails. They are very rough and aggressive. They do not take thier time at all. This is the first time I let a female do my nails here and the technician did an absolute horrible job. My nails were clunky and sloppily done. The acrylic was ABOVE my cuticles, one of my nails was pointing In a whole different direction and the glue was all over my fingers. If I wasn't in a rush I would've definitely asked for it to be done over or discounted. I have never had my nails done so terribly ever. I'll be finding another place to go.

Going to the salon in the past , the first time getting my nails done, was a great experience, I absolutely love them, the second time getting my nails done I wasn't very happy, the lady made me feel really bad so I didn't go back, but this time I had the most awesome experience, this time I had a man do my nails, he was so, so nice he cared about what he was doing my to nails, also what I wanted he gave me exactly what I wanted, he was just great he want to please me, my nails are beautiful I'm very happy with them and I will go back again as long as he be the one do my nails every time, so if you going to Sonny's nails always choose this man has gray hair slim he's a very happy guy thank you so much to Sonny's.

I went to this establishment earlier this week when I left work. I had ask for my overlay to be soaked off and to get a manicure. I advised the woman that works at the table beside the register that the overlay was still on some of my nails. This lady did not listen to me and kept telling me that I shouldn't remove the overlay because it was so nice. Well come to find out she was right about 1 thing it shouldn't have been removed at Sunny nails salon due to this woman messing up my real nails and she certainly did not know how to do a regular manicure. Now I have to spend more money to go this this stuff soaked off my nails. Also I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND EVERYONE I COME IN CONTACT WITH WILL KNOW WHY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO MY DOG. THIS WAS SOMETHING SIMPLE, I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Been knowing these folks for years and they know me soooo how Tina thought I was gonna settle for some any kinda mess she throws on me is a big NO! They were rude and nasty. Never again and I’m telling everyone I know! My business is as well!

Went in to have my full set acrylic nail taken off due to fungus. And the lady that handles me was very unprofessional and rude. She was forcing the acrylic off my nail with a fake nail. This was very painful so she tried soaking my nails each time for a few seconds. When the acrylic wouldn’t come off she filed it down and kept telling me all the acrylic was gone. I kept picking it off and telling her it was still there. I ended up walking out and now I’m having to go somewhere else to get the acrylic off. I didn’t ask for anything hard just get All the acrylic off! Go at your own risk!

I did not like their customer service. I got a pedicure with regular polish and a manicure with gel polish on my natural nails. The gel peeled off in 4 days. I went in to advise and to see if they would redo since gel is suppose to last at least two weeks. The manager stated that I waited too long and the she would charge me an additional $15. I was so upset. I don’t have money to give away for a poor job, I paid once why should I have to again for a lousy service. I will not be going back. They were nice until they get your money

I went in to get my nails done yesterday and they come out nothing how I want it to be the shape of my nails aren’t that perfect and Lee I think that’s is her name said that I don’t want butterflies glitter on my ring fingers but the picture I showed her had butterflies glitter on the ring fingers and she really did rushed to do my nails so I will never go back to to her anymore I rather pay a little bit more for my nails and feet. I don’t recommend this place
