1st time at this Beauty supply store and got there just in time they were closing o had like 10 maybe 15mins.. the staff working that night were cool didn't make me feel rushed at all.. very helpful!! They had everything I needed for my box braids and Dread's.... I do them myself (box braids) them dreads are stressful I need more practice with them myself

The Asian owner(s) are rude. The 2 black men staff are probably the best people to work at this store. They are easy to talk to and help accordingly. They got about everything i need. Kind of a small, intimidating store if you've never been there. Very ghetto but what do you expect, its on the east side lol. parking is very tight. prices are decent, good selection for what i need every time i go. i think there's been one time they were sold out of the color i needed.

Nice selection of hair & other products. Just like any other beauty supply. Had a black man working there which is cool, seeing how it's in a more black neighborhood. He was really nice & I got a free comb with my purchase.

I always go to this shop. It is very easy to find what is needed, and they have a good variety. This is the neighborhood beauty supply store. The workers are very kind and helpful, and the owner is very kind. She always gives me a free item when I go there! My daughter and I both got a free full pack of hair!

Walk threw door the owner or employees never greet you the owner is one of the rudest women ever she actually wraps all the products in some type of security tape it’s unbelievable the will

Watch you threw the whole store and still dnt ask if you need help I’ll never spend any money with this store I advise you to do the same don’t believer go in there the Owner might be at the register doing her eye brows while she’s ringing you up oh and she not Black American women!

It's a lot of stuff in their kind of cluttered not very much walking room in their too much stuff in every corner of this place

The owner’s daughter (I believe) was very helpful! Saw something was wrong with the pricing and gave me it for that price. She as well explained a lot about how to take care of my braids. Will for sure return to this location!

I’m trying to understand how I was charged $122 for 4 bottles of kiss color and two small bottles of developer? I paid with my debit card but it says I paid cash on one receipt and debit card on the other. They are doing some fraudulent activity. I’ll see you soon so you explain why you charged me $122.
