Loved loved loved my Pedicure with Stan I’ve come back several times. Loved my manicure and acrylics as well. Not the newest fanciest shop but good work and good price and great owners.

My Name is Donna, I have been going to Summer Nails every since the Owner that now own a Shop in Palms Springs was working there. I usually gets a Pedi/Fill or Full Set, Eyebrows, I use to get Eye Lashes until I started wearing Strips.

Ivan is usually the person that does my Nails & Pedi's., Jeanette refuses to do my Nails she say "I'M TOO PICKY".... I only complain when something is not right.....as I should.

Today 4/6/21 was a very bad experience for me. Ivan performance was not acceptable, I know what he can do when it come to my Nails, so today's service was a rush job. I have recommended friends, family to Summer Nails . I always pay for all Services rendered & Tip, I expect quality professional Work.

Today I called the ManagerJeanette outside to avoid other Customers hearing my complaint. Jeanette felt my Nails and seen they were lumpy, ruff & not shaped the same. I'm not trying to give the Business a bad name, the work performed today was awful. I was so upset today & felt my blood pressure elevating. It was approx 5 Ladies waiting today for Service so I have decided to stop by the Shop tomorrow 4/7 to get this problem with my Nails corrected or a Refund. Hopefully Summer Nails/Ivan will handle this matter in an understanding & professional manner.

Got there and wasn't greeted, not a big deal except Im ignored for 15 minutes, figured it's a language barrier till I hear staff speaking English. About another 5 minutes go by and im getting antsy, jenny notices and asks why I'm there, mani? I said yes, already have gel. Another 10 min and I'm led to a seat and jenny files down the top of my nails with a hand file and machine then asks me to put my hands in a bowl of acetone. Not a good sign. This is damaging, but I'm tired so I stay. At this point I just want gel off, its 3 wks old and cracking, and flaking, another bad job by a local shop. No wonder people go over to Fontana! Once I tell her no new color I can see her mood change. She starts aggressively filing and gets my pinky, as in filed skin. No apology. Also I'm left with some of the base coat on my nails, and the edges are not clean. Had to go home and clean my own nails up. Won't be returning.

This has been my go to nail & waxing spot for a Lil over a year & and half, the staff here is so friendly very welcoming my favorite is Jeanette! She knows how to do my nails right! And at a good price. I usually get the works (eyebrows & lip waxing, pedicure, full set with gel) ranges from $56-$65 depending my nail design. I would definitely recommend this nail salon!!!

My entire family have been loyal customers for about 3 years, they never do us wrong! These were by Ivan but anyone I’ve gone to always does great. Check them out ☺️

Ivan does an amazing job with manicures n full sets, steven is great with toes. Love these guys.
