Limited vegan options (only the patty. No vegan cheese). No kids Pack. Asked for blue light discount and informed it was included but looking at receipt it wasnt. Staff lacked basic customer service skills. Won't be coming back

Many sandwiches got a little extra something from their maker who coughed over them.
My meaty meatballs were served using a green utensil. Not sure what the veggie meatballs were being served with.

Bardzo niemiły personel. W szczególności jeden z obsługi o imieniu jak się dowiedziałem Abdul. Czekałem za zamówieniem ponad 25minut. Kiedy zapytałem jak długo jeszcze, bez zbytniego powodu powiedział że mam opuścić bar. Żałosne.

Worse mess of food and small portions no choice of bread and told graited cheese not sliced really bad !! These were ft long ones really poor put me of subway !!!
Twice we’ve been to this subway and been disappointed both times. Flies buzzing around the food, asked for a steak and cheese salad which is normally steak and grated cheese but got given a slice of cheese slapped on top and charged 30p because I asked for extra cheese with no grated cheese like normal. Very stingy on salads even when you ask for extra on things. Won’t be returning to that subway.
almost 2 hours to have food delivered and half of it was missing, I can only think that they intended to f up so monumentally. I have been in here before and its like the staff have been lobotomised. never again.they never answer their phone either.
Food is lovely as always but it always seems to take ages to get the completed product. Maybe this is the trade-off for a bespoke service?
