Great experience! We were greeted with a "good morning" and a smile from every stylist. Tutu did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. She was even able to squeeze my sister in for a wash and condition during my daughter's service. I was able to buy hair oil out of their vending machine, which was very convenient. I moved to San Antonio a few months ago and have been searching for a salon since. After some subpar experiences, I'm so happy to have found Sublime.
Jazzy is so amazing! I moved to San Antonio in June and was afraid to have someone do my hair but once I talked with Jazzy and let her know she made me feel at ease. I trusted her to do her magic and when I say she did her magic she sure did that! Highly recommended. Thank you Jazzy❤️

My hair was extremely damaged with lots of breakage and it felt like straw. Jazzy knows my history on having long healthy hair and she's going to get me back to that point. She colored my hair back to normal and did a couple of treatments .she trimmed all the dead hair off and has feeling and looking beautiful. I am so excited for my next hair appointment. Her entire staff are very friendly and nice..I love it there and if you're contemplating on going you will not be disappointed!!!I Iam one happy customer ????
My hairstylist LA Shanda was very professional and a lovel. She took the time to explain the process of what's being done to my hair. My daughter and I love the experience of going to this salon. LA Shanda makes us feels like Queens . I highly recommend LaShanda to become your hairstylist.
Jazz is the truth!!! EVERY TIME I leave her chair I feel like a new person! She has grown and restored my hair to health and I rejoice at every length check! She is very professional and always attentive and on time! No matter how crazy I look when I walk in, I always walk out looking and feeling amazing!!
Shay is the greatest. She makes sure your hair is healthy before stylish. Her customer service is top notch. What ever style you want, she will make it your own.
I literally never write reviews but I had to this time. I Wish I could give it 0 stars. After tons of research I ended up here with the stylist Lashanda. I went in and the experience was overall okay but my hair was not. My hair came out more orange at the roots than light brown like I originally wanted. I told her I wanted it more brown at the roots so she set another appointment for her to “fix it”, but completely ruined it even more. I literally left the salon with red roots and blonde ends, so ugly. My mom literally had to fix my hair with box dye even after my 2nd appointment there. I wasted my time and money, I’m beyond upset. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!
I have been coming to this salon for 2 years. I travel almost two hours just to get my hair done here. The atmosphere and energy I get from all the stylist here is a vibe that's unmatched. I look forward to my appointments with Veronica everytime!
