She was super friendly, my son really liked her. She did have her dogs there but they are so sweet and well behaved. My son loved his haircut and so did I. Love this place.
I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else. Tracy and all of the other employees are very understanding and willing to go over and above to make sure you are happy. Ignore the few bad reviews you see on here because that is not an indication of the quality of this business. You can't please all of the people all of the time, someone will always have a complaint.
Went here to get a hair cut and a bear trim. The haircut I always get is nothing more than a .5 guard over my entire head and was having my beard trimmed down to a goatee. My haircut is fine except for the fact I have nicks everywhere from cutting too close. My beard trim is where the disaster hit. Half my goatee is thicker than the other side, and even though it cannot be seen unless i look up the underside of my beard was made into a wavy line mess. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless your wanting to ridicule them.
I’ve been coming here to get my hair done for 6+ years! I have always received great service. I am really bad at making and keeping appointments so I love that this salon is walk-in only. I started requesting Tracy as my stylist after she did my cut and conditioning treatment in April. She recently did my balayage (pictured) and cut my bangs. I am in love with the new cut & color; she really went above and beyond. She’s always super friendly & gives great advice.

I went to get haircut on Friday morning. First I wasn't acknowledged, though she told others it would be a while. Then she seemed upset to be doing "another wash and cut". She poorly washed my hair with cold water. I asked for a trim and specified 1/4-1/2 inch off. Almost an inch cut. Then the layers were done unevenly. Lastly seemed upset that she got 10% tip.
Wait time was only about 10 minutes and Tia is awesome! She cut my hair with confidence and she knew what I needed without much input from me at all! I will be a regular with Tia from now on!
Walked in at 4:05pm the lady said it’s going to be another 30 mins before I can get to you, I was like ok, then she said we close at 5. I said ok then she tells the person she is with I am just going to take my time with you. As soon as it’s 5 I am closing. I spoke up and said I heard you, I haven’t been in here in months and I see why now. Horrible customer service
