Love the color and shape but my fingers have never been so cut up before. The red lines are pointing to the cuts from the dremel. The floors were dirty, the station I was sat at wasn't cleaned after the last client. My nail tech came in from outside and didn't wash their hands before working on me. A cut up pool noodle was the arm rest, I get it times are tough but why not cover it with a towel and make it look semi decent. Nail tech used a dirty disposable nail file on me while my fingers were bleeding, didn't throw the file away instead the nail tech put it back in their kit. Nail tech was also on their phone A LOT, more than I've ever seen. Didn't wear gloves other than for the acrylic application and again, never washed their hands. I also didn't see any state board licenses posted on any of the stations, that's a requirement in Arizona. I paid $45 for my nails which was a fair price but not a fair price to have cut up fingers that hurt and are prone to infection. I would advise you to do your research and maybe do a walk in and observe a nail salon before committing to one. I've been getting my nails done for at least 10 years and I've never been this cut up ever.
I went into this location for a fill. The gentleman did my fill and despite the fact I complained about the quality, he reassured me the nails looked good. I paid $45 for the fill and decided this was unacceptable. I called after about an hour and spoke to the guy that did my nails. I told him once again my nails looked bumpy and he said he could “touch them up” but that’s it. If I wanted to take the color off… I’d be charged!!! Ya…. No thanks!!!! This place deserves ZERO ⭐️

All in all, this nail place was alright. They did a pretty good job on my nails, although the cuticle area didn’t come out looking quite as good as other places I’ve gone to in the past. The nails techs were all friendly, but the overall spa wasn’t very clean, or at least as clean as I usually like. I’ve included pics of there services & prices.
Went with a friend. I loved how hers looked in the past so we went together her next visit. I loved how my nails came out. We got them done side by side. I showed the tech a photo of what I wanted. My tech didn't speak much unless asking for some input. But that was OK I was more into talking to my friend. My full acrylic set was 43$. I thought it was a little much but I really loved the job. Will be going back.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and attention to detail! He did a fantastic job with the dip powder. I don't know why this place has bad reviews everytime I go my nails are on point!
Took 1Hour30min to do a full set and it was not even good. She said I took long so I'll rub your arms with lotion I got a gel nail polish. All though she was very nice the quality was very disappointed for the 45$ I paid.
Love Thien! He is so sweet and patient. Never disappoints, always does an amazing job with nails and waxing!
