Restaurant empty as you can see from the photos, staff inattentive and rude. Food took ages to arrive, very unhappy. We walked in at 17.50 and we walked out at 19.20 just to have a main course! Absolutely unacceptable in an empty place!

The starters were tiny and the mains took ages to arrive. The pizzas were thinner than a wrap. Won't be coming back here. My girlfriend loved the seafood linguinee though.

Staff were fast, efficient and extremely friendly, but not overbearing.

Food was delicious, with the best tiramisu I've had since visiting Italy a year ago.

Lovely place, has that rustic feel with a modern twist, great food! Pizzas are amazing and only 5 pounds on a Monday! Service was outstanding, friendly and felt natural. Which is especially impressive as it's around valentines day and they'll be busy. Definitely coming again.

As someone who eats out far too much and has very high standards I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. Everyone is friendly and professional and I have yet to find anything on the menu that is not excellent. The steak is always cooked to perfection and the sauces on the pasta dishes are delicate and tasty. Some of the prices may seem high but you get exactly what you pay for. Quality.

My favourite of the chain restaurants. Had Christmas lunch here and was v impressed with all the food. One of my friends had the video and it was absolutely beautiful - perfectly while and looked like proper fresh as opposed to frozen for months. It was also beautifully cooked. All the fished we chose were lovely and the price really good. But the thing I like most about this place is that they don't overface you, so you can comfortable manage 3 courses without feeling uncomfortable afterwards.

Such a lovely place to eat. Visit once a month and it just gets better and better. The food is wonderful but what makes it is the amazing staff. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Average. Nothing catastrophically bad about this eatery, nor is there anything to excitedly call grandma about.

The wait staff are pleasant and friendly as you'd expect, however we were asked a few too many times whether we wanted bread. I informed the waiter that the answer was still same as the 1st time he had asked us.

The food was average (there's that word again). The pizza base tasted bland, lacking some spice or interest. Its taste was characteristic of gluten free cuisine, with those cardboardy hallmarks. The pizza sauce was edible, inoffensive but... average.

Table service was efficient, worryingly so; the pizzas arrived in less than 10 minutes. Could they have microwaved a ready made pizza?!
