No complaints about the service and coffee it’s very good. But come on Starbucks what is with the disgraceful furniture. These seats are so unwelcoming, so filthy! The tables and floor haven’t been attending to in a while too… Not what you expect when you pay above average prices for a coffee. Get a grip!
Only popped in for a coffee so can't rate food.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Husband had a black americano and I had a hot chocolate made with oat milk. Helped myself to the sprinkles on the top, I had nutmeg which was different but I really enjoyed. Very clean. Loo was spotless. Highly recommend if you're ever in Strood.
Over £12 for 2 drinks! The coffee was good which got the stars. Staff non engaging. Atmosphere awful although it is January but... won't be rushing back.
Slow service, total order provided at separate times so hot food had gone cold by the time the drinks were made.

Absolutely filthy sofas, you don't even want to sit on. The staff - so many yet the tables are so dirty until you ask them to clean them. Could be a really nice place but the hygiene levels are so poor. Where is the food rating?
First time going here for a bite to eat and a coffee. Nice big clean cup for my Grande Oat Larte and even a vegan chicken wrap option . Hopefully they bring in the vegan tuna item i have seen, will go again for certain.

This location is so clean and tidy it's a pleasure to visit when out locally. The staff were friendly but professional, they got my specific order right without any fuss plus the service was super fast, I had my drink in hand and was on my way in minutes.
