I came by to get coffee on Sunday, I waited 15 minutes to get in, when I walked in, I was ignored for few minutes. Eventually somebody told me that they will be open from 10.30. Why do you have info on your website that Basildon Festival is open from 10 not 10.30? Not a happy bunny

We just got a hot drink to take into the cinema. The service was really quick and there was a great selection of drinks. I'm not a huge fan off their coffee as it's a little bitter, but that's just my preference.

Had no issues with this Starbucks for a while however just purchased food from them and no word of a lie found four individual hairs in one of the sandwiches. I would write one or two off as unlucky but four long strands of red hair?? Really ruined it for me which is a shame. On top of that you can also not collect any rewards from this Starbucks due to it being in the cinema. Would not recommend going here try the other Basildon option.

It is in the same building as Cineworld. Friendly staff and the drinks are nice & hot. Well made cappuccinos and hot chocolates. But the tables & chairs!! Oh gosh, they are so awful! Can do with a couple more comfy sofas to sit while you enjoy your drink. This is more like a “Come-Order-ButdontSitForTooLong” kind of Starbucks.

Starbucks is an iconic name amongst other coffee shops. It always serves beautiful coffee. It's a real treat to go there. Highly recommended and for those who have never had coffee there you dont know what your missing !!

I come sometimes this shop, staff always so helpful. They try me satisfied with the drink. Today there was trainee staff called Zoe she served me at the till twice. She was really helpful was very kind. Appreciated.
