Have visited a couple of times, was a bit put off after reading other reviews, but I've found it to be ok. Till staff are friendly and polite for the most part. Staff making the drinks look a little unhappy, but the Coffee is ok.

Recently ended up staying in there for a while because of relentless torrential rain, was nice to relax and keep the flat whites rolling.

Has a drive-thru which I haven't used. A little car park which is handy as it's off a busy dual carriageway by the football ground. Wife and kid used the bathroom facilities and said they were nice and clean.

Like to have their drive through services. Fast and efficient services by friendly staff. Surprisingly once drive thru closed.

Great coffee, big car park, drive through. Sells Starbucks coffee beans for home brew inside. Nice cake selection. Better than average Starbucks. Watch out for the tight entrance from the road, as you could miss it and turning around is a pain.

This is a good location for a coffee outlet. They have drive thru as well as dine in. There is plenty of spaces in the car park. The drinks and food is of high quality, and is reasonably priced. The main road is very busy, so you have to be patient when leaving.

The attitude at this branch absolutely stinks. Ordered 2 drinks and was told the car behind's was ready and not ours and the lady serving us basically spoke to us so rudely as we got to the paying point and then walked off and a male member came up who was co operating in a friendly manner and as a customer should be spoken to. I feel like this branch needs to re train their staff or get new 'friendlier' staff in who know what they're saying aswell.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. There was such a rude female worker there today with dark hair. Spoke so inappropriately for absolute no reason and then went to the back to laugh about it to the other workers. Disgusting attitude. Beginning to think it was due to racism. Who would’ve thought anyone needed training to learn how to talk to people at Starbucks? Lol

Drive thru queue is on the road. Staff inside cleaning the shop floor when the store is closed to walk in customers. Surely this staff member could assist in preparing orders. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Absolute disgrace, cars backed up onto the main road is also a hazard.

Best advice, don't go there! We went this morning and I hurt myself trying to get in the powered door, it seems it has been broken for a while. I sat on a stool to catch my breath and nearly fell off as the stool had wonky legs. Coffee served in wrong size cup, staff couldn't hear as they had a head set on. Our table was dirty with uncleared cups, a staff member cleared the adjacent table and leeft ours. Whatever happened to customer service?
