Slightly slow service even though there were loads of staff and very few customers. But lovely airy space and one of the easier Starbucks to sit and chill out in

Very clean, opens early, friendly people working there, u can dine in or take away. Near the train and coach station. Coffee tastes good it doesn’t upset my tummy like other coffee shops do.

Very slow considering it wasn't busy. The team looked and worked like they'd all been on a heavy night out and we're suffering with hangovers. Previous visits last year were much better. Hopefully this isn't going to be the trend for this store

Disappointed with the coffee did not get what I asked for maybe that staff need retraining it was busy so I didn't have time to to go back and the complain

Really nice place. Great location for castle point, and surrounding shops. Good size, really clean and fresh and great drinks. Unfortunately, they only seem to open when they want to, and are plagued with issues. Don’t bother with reserving and collecting, twice now we have lost our order as they were not open! Costa on the opposite estate is usually open though.

Beautiful, bright store with friendly baristas. Great coffee and atmosphere.

Food was good. Just heated croissants and Pain au Chocolat. Service was okay but I feel giving someone three cups and three plates without a tray seems a little silly. I didn't ask for one though. No decaf or Redbush tea which was a shame. It's was relatively busy but just background chatter, the atmospherics didn't make anyone overly loud.
