Always come here to do my uni work, the staff are always always kind, super quick service and they never get orders wrong and all the staff are so well trained at making drinks! I always find the staff very informative as to what dairy free alternatives there are, which is very helpful and kind. They also keep the cafe so clean
I had a decaf cappuccino and a croissant. The server warmed up my croissant and gave me butter and jam. There were different flavours to sprinkle on your drinks by the sugars and stirrers (chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla). The coffee was delicious, the staff friendly and the store was very clean and well taken care of.
I enjoyed my visit here because it reminded of the branch on the Edgeware Road in London. Which I loved because of the nice staff and the relaxed atmosphere as well as comfortable furniture. It is a great place to go to if you want to spend time on your own or take a group of friends. It is also a handy place for students who need a place to do the assignments because it has plenty of power points which business people would also find useful. I could literally spend ours at a time here. It's great.

A deeply soulless Starbucks, noisy and uncomfortable. Staff who are having a great time together and frankly you are an interruption to their day.
Coffee is as you’d expect - pleasant average and entirely dependant on the competence of the barista.
Service is basic at best.
Seating is mostly hard chairs (with their subtle message of “don’t sit long and go away”)
Lovely java chip chocolate frappuccino and banana bread for myself. My daughter tried the seasonal sour apple frappuccino which was an acquired taste so unfortunately she left it. Shame new flavours can't be sampled.
today at 3/11/2022 at afternoon 3.30pm. have one staff members so impolit. it a lady at till .i have come alot time Never ever asking for money just having the hot water by sitting in.
i was asking the water, the lady just turn around and tell me not in nicely way.
she was saying "i need to Charge you money about the hot water even you have the water by tap"
i have never ever see any place have charge tap water in uk. (by siting in)
it so disappointed, have come here a lot of time, this time is most disappointed. i hope they can find another staff more nicely to customer.

Starbucks Coffee In A Decent Location In Northampton Town Centre Close By To The Recently Refurbished and Revamped Grosvenor Shopping Centre and the old no longer existing greyfriars bus station. I Have Been To This Starbucks With My College When I Was On The Moving Course. I Used To Go Out To Northampton With My Class Every Friday And I Came To Starbucks Once. Friendly Hardworking Staff and great selection of drinks.
