Changed my driving route to go here for a coffee tonight to see it’s closed considerably earlier than stated online. Arrived at 7:50pm Sun 19/03 and google says closing time is 9:30pm. Been great service anytime I’ve been sitting in and at drive thru, but this is a bit of let down.
Usually good but occasionally when I ask for a Venti wet latte, it's either got too much foam or is not filled to the top. Nothing more frustrating!
Very long queue for drive through, but appreciate that it exists and did seem to clear fairly quickly. My cappuccino was a bit watery, not sure there was any foam at all but my frappuccino was good and the staff were friendly. Fairly quick service.
staff here often get my order wrong. they've also, quite often, been too busy chatting to each other behind the counter to come and take my order even though i'm standing waiting for a few minutes.
blonde, tall guy with the beard is straight up rude, noticed him glaring at people on several occasions now, also isn't pleasant when taking orders. member of staff who no longer works there also charged me twice after assuring me that wouldn't happen (charged my starbucks account and my card). i prefer to avoid.
We arrived at 7.35 pm. The place is supposed to be open until 9.00 pm.
It was filthy with loads of cups, saucers and paper lying on four tables .
I asked why all this was lying around and the guy said they had been short staffed today.
The place was nearly empty and suddenly one of the three staff who we're standing doing nothing went out and cleared and cleaned the tables.
The floor was a filthy mess too with lots of crumbs, paper and even wooden cutlery lying about, untouched.
In what looks like a deliberate attempt to discourage customers from going into the place, the staff actually had most of the chairs upturned onto the tables so you couldn't even sit at them!
Really poor show Starbucks. Looks like the staff don't want to be there and it's a really bad advert for your company.
Maybe an idea to do some random checks as the staff really are letting the Company down.
So much for bouncing back from the Pandemic!
