Every time we visit this Starbucks it is filthy, constantly have to clean our own tables and watch where we are standing. Staff are slow and ill-mannered and have 0 interest in making sure the place is clean. Always have to have our drinks in paper cups as they don’t have any clean glassware. Maybe put additional staff on shift to clean tables and make the place more appealing.

Had one of the iced brown sugar oat espressos- very nice.

Although at one point when it got busy someone picked up the drink meant for us and stuck their finger in the cream and walked off before anything could be said.

Luckily after a small wait Chloe was friendly, professional and happy to do our drink again (once we explained) with no issues - thanks we appreciate it!

Tables and floors are always dirty. I’ve worked in a large chain coffee shop before and this Starbucks never seems to have enough staff in to do a good job.

Three people tackling service, the drive through, tills, floors/pots, toilets, stock.. it’s not enough and lets this store down massively. Credit to the staff though because they’re always polite.

Never have I ever waited so long for a cup of coffee! Staff seem to lack any haste in providing any customers with drinks and most customers are at the till area rather than seated! Never,ever again -my first and last time.

I beg you to enter the proportions for the latte, be sure to milk, white chocolate and so on, because it is often impossible to drink a latte here, my cheekbones are bitter from bitterness, and sometimes there is simply too much milk in the glass! Please stop and change this!

Nice, good parking. Friendly staff. Could maybe encourage people to clean up more. New building as well. A lot of seating. Handy from Whitehaven. I was visiting my Dad so was really pleased to find a Starbucks had opened. I much prefer Starbucks than other coffee chains.

Terrible drive through experience. Given a muffin instead of a cake I had ordered. The coffee was undrinkable. Will not be using them again. Cockermouth Starbucks is much, much better.

3 staff, filthy tables, dirty mugs everywhere. Wouldn't/couldn't heat up cinnamon buns in case we get burnt! Therefore rock hard. My order not completed with the rest of our order. Queues inside and at drive through ridiculous. Very disappointing
