Pathetic, particularly one young member of staff! Refused to serve an iced latte without ice, claimed it was company policy even though I ordered on the app! Starbucks surely you can get better stafff
I am really disappointed as I am a member
And I had to go back 2 times and still got the wrong drink I ordered a caramel frappe and it dident come with caramel or whipped cream the barista was extremely moody and did not get my money back
We arrived before 5pm, it closes at 6pm. More than half the seating was closed off; the seating which was available was dirty and unwelcoming. A small tea was soooo milky that another had to be made. They complained that we asked to sit in a clean but closed spot. This is so different from the Starbucks in Weybridge. We would think thrice before returning. Do they want clients?
Poor service forgot to add Carmel in my coffee. That's not all I ask for cappuccino and was given latte. Why not learn about coffee first...☹️ Bad....
I was very disappointed at the service today. They had a bunch of trainees which I understand, being the weekend, but there didn’t seem to be anyone with experience to help them. I ordered a peach green tea lemonade which I have ordered there before with no problems. The person serving me asked one of the other people if they could do that and they said yes. She poured in the lemonade and then asked the person how much to put in. She then went to make the tea and then went to say to the person that she didn’t know how to make it. He then proceeded to see that there was no green tea. Now, I had spent my £3.35 on a peach -!green! - ice tea. She then just used another tea telling me that “it tasted the same” She obviously did not squeeze the tea bag, so therefore just added water to the lemonade. She then pumped some (I’m guessing) peach flavouring, shook it a bit, and put it in the cup. I ended up with some sugary, very watery, lemonade which tasted nothing like green tea and the slightest hint of peach. It was barely 3/4 full of the grande I paid for, so they obviously did the wrong amount and she forgot the ice. As they were trainees and it seemed like it was their first week, I couldn’t bring myself to complain, but i was very upset that I spent money on an overpriced drink which did not taste like what I asked.
Nice friendly staff, not my favourite coffee but nice still for a treat. Decent size location in the heart of Cobham with a good selection of food and drinks.
This place has gone down hill since all the Muppets that worked over the road in Costa moved in... no sugar for 5 days! No wooden spoons and now the dishwasher is always broken and I can't have my daily sit down coffee in a mug because no one knows how-to wash up by *^#king hand. On the flip side Costa has better staff now.
Paying 4 quid each for coffees and then realising by the time you get in the car that they are freezing cold, half filled, and the pumpkin spiced latte is filled with bits like a soup and tastes disgusting. As a chain you just can't mess up like this.
