Staff always lovely. Coffee always good. Position of building was meant for some cheeky photos. Look people it’s a Starbucks. It sells coffee. What stands out here are the staff. They are first class. Always smiling and always helpful. Whether that be drive through or sit in. Top marks all round.

I had such lovely service from Ellie in the drive-thru yesterday. She was so friendly and bubbly! It costs nothing to be friendly and kind, and after a miserable morning she really made my day!
Nice coffee, but the place is dirty! Dirty floors, dirty tables. Three members of staff working and nobody is cleaning the tables etc! Sat in there for an hour, and all the tables remained with cups and plates on them, crumbs and wet tables are not a good combination!
As other people stated before. Bad bad service and very long waiting time. Don't ever order from them as you'll wait hours until they finish all the customers inside until you get your order. Go across the street to Costa. Better service and no waiting time. And a lot cheaper. They need a proper manager here.

Wouldn't recommend. Waiting time is crazy especially if you order. They don't want to do delivery orders until they have finished all the customers and the drive thru. It's not like the guy that's ordering is still a customer. He can wait 1 hour
I drink a lot of coffee. I go to a lot of coffee houses. This one is slow. Slow if you're queuing inside, slow if you're in the drive-thru. I think somewhere between the in-store, drive-thru, advance orders, Uber Eats and Just Eat customers - the prioritisation is wrong. It might seem not very busy, but you can still be waiting a while for your coffee.
