Great place for coffee. This outlet is new, and the staff are super friendly. I was here on a Sunday late afternoon. I wanted a decaf latte but ordered a normal latte instead. When I realised it and mentioned it to the staff (Sehar) she changed my order for me without a fuss.

5 star!!!

The coffee is ok, as usual.

I like huge space. Nice.

Service I would say very slow and ONE PERSON DOING EVERYTHIG that's why the floor is dirty all table dirty and have got cups and other rubbish from previous customers.

There is no music and unhappy barista.

I expected better service from Starbucks.

I gave 3 stars because of location and atmosphere also good light from windows and furniture.

Ease hire someone who can help barista.

Staff not so friendly today. Pretty unhelpful. Tea was gross prefer Costa coffee experience. Tray and bring it over to people with children. In a tea pot. Milk on the side. So you can make the tea according to taste and preference. Instead I got dishwasher tea which tasted terrible . £2.50 I went home and made my own. Not something I will repeat at starbucks. Even the tescos cafe across the way does better tea and service.

It's in a perfect location being opposite Slough train station. The interior design is quite sleek & it mimics the qualities of local new builds. Great place to grab a coffee, spend a few hours working or meeting up with friends/co-workers.

Not a great experience. The guy behind the counter couldn't really be bothered to serve me. No greeting, just looked annoyed to have to work. His apron was filthy! Rubbish on floor that just gets ignored, crumbs on seats, dirty tables

My wife and I live around the corner and so visit here quite often, and almost every time without fail, the tables are dirty with previous patrons’ mess. What really disappoints is the fact that the staff never come around to clean it up despite the mess being very visible, leaving it up to us to move the mess aside to another table.

Excellent customer service! They were so kind and didn’t take too long with the order. I ordered the hazelnut honey oat latte and it was delicious, I definitely recommend Starbucks. ????
