I only go here because it’s the only spot in town/so close. I only ever trusted them to do one design for acrylic nails/ white to pink glitter ombré. The colors would turn out pretty but the acrylic was unevenly spread out. They would make me put my hands in the UV light for way longer than necessary. Poor customer service. The kicker- I would always peel off my own acrylics instead of wasting money/the time to have them soaked. Low and behold this salon just rips them off like I could do at home. She cut my finger and my nail pretty badly. I was bleeding. She acted like nothing happened and went about filing my BLOODY NAILS with a obviously used file, put it back in the drawer. Pretty sure this was the owner too. I feel responsible to contact the health department or something. My finger nails are killing me. Constant throbbing and sharp pain. Have to wear a bandaid on my one finger and hope I’ll be able to type for work tomorrow… shoulda just ripped them off myself. Hurt way less that way. 9/10 pain. 0/10 service.

The lady who did my nails was so nice, and she was very gentle with my hands, she was very patient with me and did an AMAZING job on my nails, she also did it in under an hour which was amazing!

Ana was so nice, as well as the other nail technicians! I highly recommend this place. It is quiet and small, but I received high-quality nails and will definitely go back when I am in the area again. These are my natural nails, so she made sure to take meticulous care of them during the whole process!

I had a 10 o'clock appointment but didn't get seated until about 20 minutes after. I wasn't upset as there are only 3 ladies working here. I always get a nice set of nails when I visit and this was no exception. The phone was ringing repeatedly and a few people tried doing a walk in. They were informed the shop was closing at 4 because it was NY eve.

They were really nice, however, the day after I got them done, the color chipped off two of my nails. Very disappointing.

My friends and I went in with our kids and the ladies that worked here was very rude to the kids the entire time. 4 days later out nails came off. I would not recommend this nail salon!!

I absolutely love star nails. I come here every 3 weeks and am Always exceedingly happy. The staff always remember me and talk to me about my life which is very thoughtful. Also, they always try to get me to try new things with my nails and I always love what they do. I would never go anywhere else!
