Every time I've been here, everyone is so nice. I personally don't care to talk a lot, so I enjoy that they are comfortable talking to each other and not feeling pressed to translate to me every few minutes, haha.
I came in with a sleepy baby today that I figured would fall asleep easily as usual, but he got a little too restless, and they were sweet enough to hold onto him until he fell asleep.
Prices are reasonable and the Service is great. I usually get waxed here also.
When I have the freedom, this is usually where I come.
Amazing way to start the New Year 2023! Highly recommend this family-owned business. We met Lisa, Tina, Dan and they were fantastic! They prefer you to CALL 1st to schedule, and tell them exactly what you want and be very specific, so they can give you the personal attention you deserve. Thank you, I will definitely be back again. *I ended up going again and did not get the same experience, so just make sure you are specific.
Second time coming here due to I rarely get my nails done but I absolutely love the place. Friendly staff and they listen on how you wish your nails to be. Cheap too
Such a beautiful job by Lisa and Don and Chau! I'm here from California and so picky about my nails. I'll be up for the summers now and Star Nails is the bomb. No place to add a photo. ????

Since my first experience, I continue to go to Star ???? Nails every time I come to Washington. The entire staff is just awesome. I always feel welcome and they make sure that you are comfortable. I have yet to find anyone as good as Lisa in my area. And I don't believe you can get a bad pedicure there. For me, this is the spot. Thanks again Star Nails family.????????????

They did a great job! My daughter felt comfortable and had fun. I love the way my nails were done. And they are all extremely nice and welcoming. Great customer service!
I had an okay exeriance. I do want to put it out there, don’t go here if you are on a budget. They kept asking if I wanted extra stuff and noticeably changed when i kept declining. Also, at the end, they made me feel super uncomfortable because they were swarming around me when it was time to pay. I honestly really shouldn't have tipped them, but I felt so uncomfortable it felt like I had to. People typically tip for an outstanding experience but it's become a mandatory these days and I regret tipping them I felt really bad about myself and it had nothing to do with a basic colorful nails I treated myself to on my birthday after a long day at work. So if you're like me, on a budget, I wouldn't recommend this place, and if you do go, just be mindful of a weird shift in their behaviors.
