My nails were super cute, but the guy who did my nails didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he kept asking the girl beside him what to do. My nails were EXTREMELY sharp, I cut myself and my boyfriend the first day. I got my nails 5/13/22 and they came off while I was playing with my hair on 5/17/22. Like I said I don’t know if it was the person that did my nails but I don’t do anything more than the average person does.

I love this place!! Wonderful designs and very nice people! And I think I picked hard designs but love them and hoped they could recreate the pic! The girl did amazing artwork!!! 100% love!

Didn't catch her name except she was John's wife. She did an amazing job on my acrylic ombre nails today. I was in & out in 45 minutes. Absolutely love them. The salon is very comfortable & professional. Found my new forever salon!

I had a not so great experience the first trip but decided to give then another try and opportunity to get my nails "right". Richard did an amazing job and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely see him again.

My experience at Stars nails was not pleasant. The service is very poor, I had to drive 45 minutes to searcy, 2x’s to get my nails fixed because they kept breaking. I called them and kindly asked for a refund, they offered to fix them, which I accepted.

Once I got to the salon I was treated horrible by this man, he stared arguing with me in Chinese after I told him I wanted to just cut my nails shorter. He was furious when I said that. He got up, and walked out of the salon. This man was walking up and down from papa johns to AR care. My sister was in the vehicle so she witnessed it all.

*keep in mind I have an office job, and they had the audacity to blame my computer KEYBOARD of being the cause of my nails breaking…. SMH!

At that point. I asked the lady that sits next to the register to remove my acrylic nails, because they were no good, and they were very bulky.

Take your business somewhere else ladies!
